Alrocsmash 0 Posted March 16, 2018 Share Posted March 16, 2018 Hello! Got a new job, was installing Evernote on new laptop. Windows 10 laptop. When I click existing account, throw in my user name and password, I get incorrect creds error. I go to my other devices and they work just fine. Decided to reset my password, same issue. I can log onto the web portal on the new laptop with the newly reset password just fine but not the installer. Help? Thanks! 'Roc Link to comment

'Roc Sounds like something may be corrupt in the install. Uninstall, reboot, reinstall. If that doesn't work get Revo Uninstaller and have it blow Evernote away, reboot, reinstall. Link to comment
