log-in could improve!

Jopinho

Idea

It annoys me that in the log-in menu you have to first submit your e-mail address before you can actually enter your password. My browser pre-fills both, but having to press enter twice and having to wait for the animation in between just does not feel like 2018.

If there would be a direct log-in, I could access my second brain way quicker!

Many companies do this for security. There are a lot of discussions on the validity of this, but one clear advantage is for Evernote. It makes someone hammering on their site with a userid/password breaker go much MUCH slower since you do the email first, then wait for the server and guess a password.

So I am skeptical it makes your log in session much safer, but it does make your data safer from brute force hacking tools. not totally safe, but safer.
