Some note show different metadata.

Hey, guys, I found some glitches in Mac and Windows client.

 

A note with no change (It has ever changed. So it has no "updated date" but only "created date") looks like different way between Mac and Windows client.

In Mac client, this note shows updated date same as a created date.  Maybe they assume empty updated date section as created date.

But in Windows client, shows updated date as just "none." Literally, this is more precise, but I prefer Mac's way.

 

Therefore, It makes a vital difference in searching, especially search syntax "updated:2014". Windows's search result ignores this note because it has no updated date.
