TK0047 422 Posted February 15, 2018 Share Posted February 15, 2018 I just realized that my email is listed twice and checked twice under the user section of the File menu on Windows App. I have the 6.7 version on Windows 10 computer. Is this normal? Before you recommend upgrading to 6.9, I would like to fix this if possible. After my 6.8 horrible experience, I am skeptical of upgrading at this time. Link to comment

dconnet 529 Posted February 15, 2018 Share Posted February 15, 2018 Close EN (sign out not required), in the EN database directory (default: %USERPROFILE%\Evernote\Databases) delete the file ".accounts". Start EN again. Link to comment
