When using Evernote in Windows I often use the central scroll bar to move up and down through the tags, often the mouse accidentally focuses on one of the tags and a I am in scroll mode the tag is moved, often under another tag. This is very annoying as I then have to relocate the tag and then move it back.
could you introduce a "Confirm move" option, before moving a tag, this would greatly improve usability for me
