I use Evernote on several windows computers and an Android 'phone.
I have recently been cycing through a number of Beta variants and am now testing 6.9.4.6614. I note that every new download wipes out my custom dictionary changes, but, in any case the custom dictionary is peculiar to the device on which that particular instance is running on - even though each device shares the peculiarities of the spellings in the data, which is common to all the devices.
I suggest that the custom dictionary should be stored in the Evernote cloud, per user account, and be available in common to each instance.
At the very least it should not forget the custom dictionary entries with each update.
