When launching Evernote, it will default to the oldest note in my notebook

When I open the Desktop Evernote application on Windows 10, the first note I see when it opens is the oldest note in my default-set notebook. I have a "Daily" notebook where I make a new note for each day. I would like for it to default to my most recent note, most likely the one from the previous workday. Is there a way I can configure this?

Change to your Daily notebook and then do a File - Exit.  When you reopen EN your context should be the Daily notebook.
