I am surprised that this is not a feature yet. Should be very simple to implement too.
The main shortcut toolbar is great,. However, there are some notes I would like to get easy access to, but only within a certain notebook. Like if I have a notebook called "Articles" then a note like "Article template" would be on the top of the list, but it would not make sense to add it to the shortcut bar.
So I am suggesting to add a "Pin to top of notebook" item in the context menu of a note. After clicking, the note would be the first to appear within a notebook, regardless of update time. If two or more notes within a notebook would be pinned, they would be sorted by time (or even manually, but that's a different suggestion), but still above the rest of the notes.
