Can’t open note

I have always been a  basic member and had no problem getting notes sent to me via text by my Trainer.  However, upon getting a new phone I get a message stating “you don’t have permission or note has been moved”.  I even deleted my old account and opened a new one and still can’t open it.  Please help! See photo below.

Hi.  Are you using a different email address for your new account?  Have you tried logging back into the old account?  I'd suggest you check with your trainer - how exactly is s/he sharing notes with you?
