Synchronize Tag Picker Across Platforms

The functionality of the Android app for picking tags when entering or editing a note is ideal: when you start to type it will recognize any sub-string in your tags. On the Windows desktop version it will only recognize tags starting with what you type. In the online version it will recognize tags with any word beginning with the letters you type. Three platforms, three functionalities. It ought not to be so. The Android app functionality is perfect. Bring that functionality to Windows and Online, please!

Nitpicking a bit: note that the Windows client has more than one tag picker. There's one in the search panel, and one in the note header, and one in the tag panel, and one in the note multi-select panel. The ones in the note hear and the note multi-select panel behave the same: they give you a drop list of items that have a prefix matching what you've typed. The one in the search panel and the one in the tag panel, by contrast, present a drop list that contains any tag that contains the string that you've typed. Not sure why these have different behaviors; maybe it's related to the fact that the former pair are for adding existing or new tags to a note or notes, while the other two are used for searching, but even there, the rationale escapes me.
