regression 5 Posted December 14, 2017 Share Posted December 14, 2017 After installing the update on my iPhone and iPad today, neither will sync. When I force a sync it just sits there and “spins” like it is trying to sync but never completes. Anyone else experiencing this? Link to post

Is there any useful information in the activity log? My solution would be to delete and reinstall I moved the discussion to the IOS forum Link to post

mode1 6 Posted December 29, 2017 Share Posted December 29, 2017 I have this problem now - latest version on a new iPad, and the last sync was 12/15/17. I try closing/reopening, turn off iPad/restart, etc., and nothing seems to work. Suggestions? Link to post
