Charlie76 0
Hello everyone, When you have a meeting, you end up having a large to-do list. We use Wrike in our organisation to manage tasks and projects. Any idea how I could use Evernote for my meeting notes, while having many topics becoming different wrike tasks? I know there is a feature that can transfer an evernote into a wrike task, but the idea is not to have a unique task for the whole meeting, but one taks per topic. Let me know if someone knows how to do it. Tks Charlie Link to comment

My template includes a columnn to flag note lines I use various flags; *, A, etc to indicate Action. There's also the Evernote checkbox I explored using scripts on my Mac to parse a note, but my process is mostly manual. I use a single note for the meeting notes. After that, I manually copy each Action Line to a separate note. I use a script to assist with this Heres an article I found useful on note taking https://michaelhyatt.com/recovering-the-lost-art-of-note-taking/ Link to comment
Level 5* phils 220 Posted December 15, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted December 15, 2017 I'd suggest taking a look at TaskClone. I think it will do what do you want - you can create a list of to-do items in an Evernote note and each of those will become a Wrike task. Wrike is listed in their list of supported task apps. It seems like a lot of people looking for a good integration between Evernote and a task/project management software. I know @DTLow has a system that uses Evernote as task manager as well but I feel like an integration created by Evernote would be very beneficial to a lot of users. Everybody loves to use Evernote as the central note taking, processing and the command center however needs to find a way to extract the action items/tasks from those lists to a dedicated area to see the tasks only. I think this especially applies to the notes taken in meetings as they generally tend to generate bunch of tasks. Link to comment
