ZoltarSpeaks 1 Posted December 3, 2017 Share Posted December 3, 2017 Fingerprint unlock won't work after adding 3rd fingerprint to Note 8. I had my wife add her fingerprint to my existing 2-fingerprints (5-limit) and now it keeps saying 'Fingerprint not available at the moment'? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 9,568 Posted December 4, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted December 4, 2017 Hi. Not sure that Evernote has any input to that - have you tried using the extra fingerprint when opening any other application? You may need to take that up with your mobile service provider... Link to comment

All other banking/Samsung apps that use fingerprints work just fine. None of them say they just quit accepting fingerprints totally. Link to comment

OK if this is an Evernote only issue, then I guess the app isn't quite as integrated into the Note 8 OS as it should be. What version of Android does it run? I have removed and added fingers again, restarted phone, disabled and enabled 'unlock with fingerprint' option, but nothing happend, it still says "fingerprint not available at the moment"!
