I have has a acc with you for a long time. Now it says I have too many devices and I have to paying money for it. I mainly used on one account why is it tell me to do this

This was a change implemented last year.  The free Basic account is restricted to two simultaneous devices.

You have the option of switching those two devices as required.  
Make sure you sync before switching devices

To switch the two devices, go to Account Settings > Manage Devices

I'm having the same problem...I'm trying to get back to using Evernote again after trying it years ago. I looked under "devices" and found my newest iPhone but nothing else to delete. Evernote says too many...can't save anything and from the past I have less than 10 items in Evernote.
