Search is broken

Hallo everyone, I'm on a Mac OS High Sierra, 10.13.1. using Evernote 6.13.1. The search function is broken sinds the latest update. I can't use the search bar in the top right corner. It just doesn't return ANY results. At all. If I use Control J to search I find only ONE result. You would expect all notes with this keyword to appear in the sidebar as it used to, but it doesn't.  In the attachment I include a screenshot. I have 100+ notes with a keyword 'moodle' in Evernote. Nothing returns.

I can't use Evernote like this anymore. It's been 10 days sinds it's broken and I am seriously looking for a replacement. 

Have you experienced the same problem? How can I solve it?
