create new notebook in stack with right-click

it would be perfect if I could create a new notebook in the sidebar by right click on a notebook staple. I alway try to do it...

In Windows if you right click on a stack you get the option to create a notebook in the stack.  Is this what you want?  Which platform?

This is not the case on the Mac version. Stack management is awful on the Mac version.
