Search bar in latest Evernote for Mac Update - ver 6.13

PLEASE give me some more space back in the SEARCH box!

Since the latest update the Search box has shrunk...and for what?  I don't need all the space around "All Notes" (see screenshot) but I DO need more space to see what is in my Search box as I often have complex saved searches that I want to narrow even further.

same story when searching with Tags - there is only a small line containing all Tags (Tag selector when searching notes) - it‘s so much better implemented on iOS...

I agree.  The space in Ver 6.11.1 is great, and it expands/reduces as you increase/decrease the width of the window:

+1 PLEASE make the search box bigger! There's an ENTIRE top bar sitting useless.

It‘s really strange, sitting in front of a large iMac 5k and have such a small search bar.

This is also driving me nuts. Even when I customize the toolbar and remove everything else, the search bar is TINY. It's extremely hard to search within a notebook and select/adjust text because of the tiny field.  This ENTIRE screen with an empty toolbar and I have to fiddle around within a miniscule search bar - what gives?

I agree: please increase the space in the Search bar: with complex searches with Tags and Notebooks it becomes really unpleasant to work with Evernote. Thank you in advance.
