lylegray 8 Posted November 13, 2017 Share Posted November 13, 2017 apologize if wrong forum. Every-time my scansnap software is re started, I have to manually go and turn on "scan to EN PDF" from settings. It defaults to scan to file...is there a way to keep this setting? Link to comment

lylegray 8 Posted December 30, 2017 Author Share Posted December 30, 2017 Gaz, Thought I had resolved however still an issue. Using Scansnap IX500, not the ENote edition. Have the latest Mac OS release 10.13.2 Now I have to reinstall Scansnap Manager software to even get the scan to ENote option. happens when I reboot the OS. Link to comment
