In one note I have a term and I want to make it a hyperlink, so it will redirect to the other note with an explanation. Can I do it somehow?

Note links are one of the best features of Evernote.  There's documentation at https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313588-How-to-use-note-links-to-connect-between-notes

When you paste a link within a note, by default the "explanation" is the title of the linked note.  You can adjust this to different wording

If you wish to make your quoted term into a hyperlink,  Ctrl-K on that word will give you a URL field - add your link to that field and your original word will still be there as the link.  Also right-click the text and choose 'Hyperlink'.  Caveat:  I'm using the current beta,  where this works.  The actual process has been a bit spotty in other versions recently.

But what if I wanted to link to a specific paragraph within a note?

No, links are only supported at the note level

In the past, we could update the underlying html code and insert anchor tags.  That code is no longer supported
