I often use Evernote to take a record of action items I need to follow-up on. I have filters/saved searches that will return any notes with unchecked checkboxes, however what I really want is something more akin to a unix grep, where I an return a list of all matching lines to the search, and a reference/link to the corresponding note they are contained within.
