Since it's not possible to edit rich formated text on the iPhone (for example), would it be possible to disable this formatting in the preferences on the desktop version (Mac especially) :-) so that each time I create a note by pasting some rich text, I'll be sure to be able to edit it on any version of Evernote without needing to go through a formatting cleaning process.

Here is a simple (I hope) feature request.
