JFRA24 0
My Evernote "Application Support" folder is taking up 4.5 gigs on my puny 2011 MacBook Air. Is there a way to safely reduce this huge footprint? Why is the app such a juggernaut when all the data is stored online? Link to comment

On Macs, a full copy of your data is maintained on your computer You could try a rebuild to see if the footprint is cleaned up Remove Evernote (app, data, ...), reinstall, and the database will be rebuilt from the servers The app AppCleaner is recommended for this Warning: The rebuild does not include Local Notebooks or unsyncd notes >>Is there a way to safely reduce this huge footprint? You could use two accounts. Full data accessed via the web platform Select data via the Mac app Link to comment
