Don't know why Outlook isn't able to show the Clipper add-in - did you install Evernote as Administrator and with Outlook closed? A system restart might help, but worst case - uninstall Evernote, restart your device and make sure everything is closed down apart from your browser. Re-download and reinstall Evernote and try again... How to uninstall and reinstall Evernote Link to comment

How to uninstall and reinstall Evernote i have done the instructions, but the icon does not show up on the toolbar. take a screenshot of the option menu outlook2016, the evernote clipper is inactive.
