Need help - my notes don't synchronise

Hello there,

I need the help of society.

I have a synchronization error while launching the applications. I'm trying to delete some messages as I suggest they cause the synchronization problem. But while swiping and tapping the delete button the app just freezes. So I need to restart it with note remaining undeleted in the app.

Would appreciate any advice.

Hi.  Sign in online at Evernote.com to see whether your recent notes have synced.  If you wish to edit or delete notes from there it should be possible to do so.  If you can identify any notes that were not synced but you need to keep the content,  save them temporarily in a local word processor.  Then uninstall Evernote from your device,  restart and reinstall.  Any unsaved content will be gone.

Thanks, that worked! The app just wanted me to update it (in order not to allow me working with documents offline:), although I had checked before – there were no updates in Appstore.
