You wrote "„Evernote, erstelle eine Notiz mit dem Namen ‚Ideen für das Meeting" - but that only cause a new note in apple notes. So please test "Siri bitte erstelle in Evernote eine Notiz mit dem Titel 'Ideen für das Meeting'" and write this in the german post.
