Note missed in a upgrade

Dear,

On friday my cell phone decided to upgrade Evernote. It was blocked and I couldn't open Evernote.

I restarted the app from Google Play, but when I login again I missed an important note from my notebook.

That note was written in 2016 and I updated the info last week, just before the upgrade.

I have checked in another device, I sync again from zero, I checked in Evernote web, I revised the community, ... all suggestions that I found don't work.

I have missed my note and I can not recover it!!

I tried to contact support team, but I am not Premium (it's a pity, they might have happy users solving their little problems :-( ) and I don't know where I may go.

Please, it is very important to recover the note. If you have an idea, please, don't hesitate to write it!

You didn't mention it, but did you check the Trash folder?
