Screen capture on desktop to edit on iPad

Hello, I am trying to find the best way to capture screen on my desktop computer using skitch and to comment (annotate) the capture on iPad. When annotated on iPad I would like to use it back on Skitch on desktop. So far I did not find a way to see the skitch notes both on iPad and my mac. Screen shot on the skitch on my Mac I can see on Evernote on my iPad but the annotation is blocked, I cannot click on the "a in circle".
