No reply from support after 3 weeks

I submitted a problem on 23 Aug and still no reply from anyone at Evernote. Very disappointing support and no solution to my problem. Is everyone else having the same issues? The chat service is of no help as they can't resolve anything and say that they'll pass this on and come back to me.

If this level of support continues, then I shall have to look at taking my custom somewhere else.

Hi.  What's your ticket number?  If you've been talking to the chat team,  their response is a reply from support - even if it wasn't a very helpful one. 

This is a mainly user-supported forum,  so we don't have access to any contacts you may have had - if you can describe your issue again here,  someone may be able to help you resolve it...
