srichter1090 0 Posted September 6, 2017 Share Posted September 6, 2017 I have been using Evernote for many years (web version), but for the first time ever I have had note updates disappear. I had accessed Evernote from my work computer yesterday, all the changes had logged as saved, but when I accessed the note again at home none of the changes were there. I followed through the help guide (restarted my computer, cleared cookies/history, etc.) but no luck. Help? Link to comment

So it sounds as though the update was saved to the server, but didn't make it to your home system. Did you check to see whether the data was saved to your account by signing in to Evernote.com? Is your home device syncing correctly? Link to comment
