BUG: Quotation marks being rendered as gibberish when copied and pasted into other programs

When I create a "" in Evernote for the Mac and then copy that content and paste into Pages, the quotation marks are rendered as the gibberish for quotation marks 

Here is an example of copied and pasted text:

 â€œI can’

Here is how it should render

“I can’t

This just started occurring after an update to Evernote, I copy and paste like this regularly and have not had issues until today
