Without any replay from Evernote technical support on past two weeks

I found some serious problem on Evernote Window version and released technical support request to Evernote before two weeks. But, I didn't get any reply until now. The most important problem that I faced is Web Clipper function on windows after updated to Evernot newest version.

What can I do? I resent my questions but didn't get any reply. I use Chinese Evernote window version in Taiwan.
