Highlighters, more merging/seach options and editing tools

Hello everyone, 

 

I've been using Evernote for two months now and I have thought of some features that could be very useful to implement, especially for the Windows app. 

1/ highlighters of different colours

2/ new merging options like the ability to choose the order of the notes before they are merged

3/ a small toolbar next to the text that appears when the cursor stays still for 1 second (as on Word)

4/ search feature inside the note (and not just inside all notebooks).

 

What do you think?

Previously requested; please search the forums to find relevant requests, and add your vote rather than making new requests.

This ability has existed in the Windows client for years. For Mac, I don't think so.

Please use one request per post; that way, other users can vote it up, and have the intent not be ambiguous.

The Windows client has had this capability for years: use the Ctrl+F shortcut key.
