1. Cannot insert a Table into a Bulleted or Numbered List.
2. Cannot select text and drag to copy or move within a Note beyond current window displayed space (does not scroll).
3. Cannot select and drag to copy a text paragraph or word next to itself.
4. Drag & Drop to move a column element in a Table causes the remaining items to shift left into the empty column. The other elements should be static.
5. Incapable of choosing how to view a PDF on a per-Note basis or for each PDF, i.e., as an attachment or inline within each individual Note. Change Note View Options choices.
6. Cannot create a Local Notebook from the pop-up menu from right clicking a Stack. Only a Synchronized Notebook choice is presented. A new Local Notebook can be created only from the top-level File menu then it must be moved to the desired Stack.

In order to be able to choose how to view PDF attachment, you need to make sure that "Always show PDF documents as attachments" is not checked in Tools->Options->Note->Note view Options.  Then you can right-click on PDF and select "View as Attachment" from the bottom of the right-click menu.

Please keep feature requests separate, as the forum is set up to allow other Evernote users to vote on them. Multiple requests in one topic tends to muddy the waters; individual requests are easier to keep straight.. Even better; search the forums for existing requests that match yours, and vote them up. In addition, you might monitor the Windows beta topics as they appear; the editor is undergoing a fair amount of revamping.
