Strix 1 Posted July 16, 2017 Share Posted July 16, 2017 I don't know what has happened to Evernote locally on my computer (Windows 10). Suddenly all the previews show the same document. In the previews it looks as if this document (a single page pdf) has added itself to the beginning of all other documents and I can't get rid of it. If I open the documents in a separate window they look normal, and the small thumbnails in the list view are also OK, but all the large previews seem to be corrupt. Is there a way to get Evernote to refresh the previews? Link to comment
Level 5 Dave-in-Decatur 3,938 Posted July 16, 2017 Level 5 Share Posted July 16, 2017 When things like this happen, which sound like something getting "stuck" in Evernote's share of the computer's memory, the first and simplest fix to try is to quite Evernote entirely (File menu, Exit; the X at the top right of the window only closes the interface) and then restart it. That can usually clear such an issue. Apologies if you've already tried that! Link to comment
