professordave 0 Posted July 12, 2017 Share Posted July 12, 2017 I get a little red exclamation mark on my sync. I am using a PC with Win8. I cleaned up and reorganized my local evernote materials (notebooks, notes, etc.) and then went to sync and there is the red mark. How do I step through to fix? I should add that web evernote has all my old stuff, pc evernote has my new changes. I am connected to the internet, have premium, have the latest version, etc. I am worried about reinstalling because won't that cause me to loose my notes and organization in pc? Link to comment

That "shouldn't" affect your notes, but as you have a lot of unsynced data, it does seem an unnecessary risk. How to troubleshoot syncing issues If you hold Ctrl and click the red "!" you should get a more detailed error message that may identify a problem note. Link to comment
