Failed sync of a shared note

Hello.

I received a note link through a work chat. The person who sent the link made me able to edit the note. So I edited it with my Evernote for Windows (6.5.4.4720 (304720) Public).

My edited text doesn't show up in Evernote Web like it is not being synced. Nor in any other devices. I have followed all the tips listed in: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313378-How-to-troubleshoot-syncing-issues

I have emptied the trash bin. I have made sure that I have only two devices linked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Windows Client. I have prayed. But nothing was of avail.

I have attached evernote log. The title of the note that doesn't sync is "2017 Estate - Andiamo a ballare in PUGLIA!"

What should I do now?

Hi.  When you received the note,  what did you do with it?  Did you move it to one of your own notebooks to edit,  or change it in a Work Chat window,  or did you 'join' a notebook to add a shared-in notebook to your own notes?

Hello I changed (and still trying to change) it in a Work Chat window. I attached a screenshot with some relevant info (I hope).

I am "Giorgio Pintaudi" and the person who created the note is "eriko810..."

Hmmn. 

Please be aware we're not support,  just a (mainly) user-driven forum so there's a limit to how helpful we can be on systems related issues like Chat.

If you're still having this issue,  can you check the status of that note by signing into Evernote.com via a browser?  Does it show your latest changes?
