Can I recover a lost note from TimeMachine backup?

I've lost a part of a note, but I don't have the premium account to recover an older version, can I just rescue it from a Time machine backup? (there is no conflict of version, I already checked).

Btw in general it would be indispensable to have also a offline backup available in case of any possible server error.

First thing, you have to identify the folder for your note.
I can use Finder and find the folder

You can then go to TM and retrieved the content for the note

Make sure you then do dummy update in Evernote so the updated contents gets sync'd

I agree. I have a daily incremental backup and a weekly full backup
