Tony Vella 2
I am using EN 6.5.4. on a Win 10 laptop. Occasionally a snippet or two completely lack content text; they show just the Title and the date or time last used. Can someone please explain this behavior and help me fix it? Thanks in advance. I have just nticed that if I close EN and start it again, the empty snippets are now populated. Why? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted May 31, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted May 31, 2017 Hi. Depending on the speed of your computer, your internet connection, and whatever else either of those might be doing while your snippets are loading, it's possible that the content is taking a little while to appear. I'd suggest you contact Support on https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new if you're a subscriber, or Twitter if not - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps - we're a (mainly) user-supported forum. If this is causing you serious concern (and you have no local notebooks) you could consider rebuilding the database and the various indexes (indices?) from scratch. Exit Evernote, rename your database folder, and allow the server to rebuild it; but I recommend talking to support first. Link to comment

Generally it's the note that I've actually selected, so it's displaying anyway. But it's peculiar. I'll try to keep an eye on the conditions under which it happens. Link to comment
Tony Vella 2
The only non-fail solution I have found till now is to close EN and open it again. All snippets are populated! Link to comment
