shaunie 0
Hi, I have recently setup 2 factor authentication. This weekend my phone died so I had to get a replacement. I still have the same number so getting SMS notifications is fine, however when I try to authenticate my login using Google Authenticator, Evernote no longer appears in the list of sites. I am presuming this is because its a new device, can anyone suggest how I can resolve this please? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted May 31, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted May 31, 2017 Hi. The current help page (https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208314238) says: What if I don't have access to my primary or backup phone? If you do not have access to your primary or backup phone, you may use a backup code to log in to your Evernote account. Backup codes allow you to access your account whenever you are unable to provide a verification code, which may happen if you are traveling or if you lose your mobile phone. If you are unable to provide a verification code and you do not have a backup code, you will be unable to sign in to your Evernote account. What if I am completely locked out of my account?
