Cannot make support ticket

I was wondering if anyone one had any advice on a problem that I encountered? All of a sudden I had a message on my phone screen popping up that said "evernote database corrupted". I'm not sure what it is, it keeps poping up but everything seems to be functioning normally. I uninstalled the evernote app from my phone. I wanted to contact customer support to see if its a problem with my phone, or if its a problem with evernote and how it will effect my account and security? I got a screenshot of the message and downloaded my activity log. But, when I went into the support page and clicked "report a bug", there was no link or way to make a support ticket, and I'm not a paying user...but im rly worried because I have no idea what is going on, I'm not rly good with tech. So if anyone can give me some advice on what to do, i'd really appreciate it.

The support page you're using is for paying customers

I don't spend a lot of time debugging my devices
My solution would be delete the Evernote app and contents
Reboot the device
Reinstall the app
