Can't find up to date tutorial

I have never before used computers for business, so I'm a complete beginner.  I have Evernote, but all videos on youtube are for the old interface, and I'm finding it daunting.  It probably is very easy, but I'm waisting loads of time trying to do the smallest thing.  Where can I get up too date information on how to use this thing, all books that I have seen are from 2014 or worse.
