gatorbrit 70 Posted May 16, 2017 Share Posted May 16, 2017 Does anyone else get this when they are trying to open EN in IOS? It's very frustrating. I can't get to the passcode screen, but somehow, after random button pressing, the keypad goes away and I can login. Link to comment

Lucinda 11 Posted September 26, 2018 Share Posted September 26, 2018 I’ve had it happen many, many times. TouchID will work but for some of us, fingerprints are inconsistent. Apparently older users have less well defined prints. Sometimes closing and re-opening EN works. Link to comment
