Combining multiple notes into an email for a weekly digest email that can be sent to VP

Title pretty says what I'm looking for. Was wondering if this is possible

Basically idea would be that all the notes for the week would be combined into one email that has the link to the individual notes with our summary that a VP could read at his discresstion

Perhaps you could make use of the public url sharing feature
For example, the email could reference
