Minimizing tasks within notes

Jonatas Freitas

Idea

I'm using the Evernote for almost everything for example my job, college and others.
One thing I realized as improvement would be a way to minimize tasks within created notes, for example:

The notes are very extensive

Today, the tasks are like this: (everything is mixed)

What I propose is to increase a way to clear space on the notes screen, minimizing tasks that do not need to be seen but that must be maintained.

For example:

Minimized tasks

If we would to see again the tasks, just maximized them again:

I hope that you help me.
Thank you ;)

There have been other similar requests for outlines that collapse/expand.
Its a common word processing function. If you used an MS Word attachment, you would have that function

As a work-around, you might want to avoid combining so much information into a single note

  • I use a separate note for each of my tasks
  • I have a standard for the note title.  A list of the note titles often provides the information I need
  • I break down notes into subnotes, which are cross-linked
