Skitch is broken -- not capturing screen shots at all

Hi, any suggestions?  Skitch was working fine until a few weeks ago and now I'm unable to capture screen shots (or anything else).  Skitch generates a blank document and dutifully posts it to Evernote, but the document is blank.  I've looked at Skitch Preferences, but there does not appear to be anything that can cause this problem.  I'll try unlinking it from Evernote to see if that helps. 

Suggestions?

Hi.  This doesn't seem like a busy thread and I don't recall anything recently about Skitch* - anyone tried uninstalling / reinstalling or reporting the issue to Support?  What device do you have and which versions of MacOS / Evernote?

I guess there were enough complaints because suddenly it is working on my Mac again.

I just updated to High Sierra 10.13.5 and it is no longer working for me.  Clicking Screen Snap and nothing happens.  Had to force quite to try to reload the app and still isn't working.

No idea...just started working for me out of the blue.... hang in.

I did a 2nd full shut down/re-boot and it miraculously started to work   Thanks!
