eimert 7 Posted April 23, 2017 Share Posted April 23, 2017 Hmmm, before EN raised the premium subscription fee (at a ridiculous rate) I used to be a convinced EN premium customer (though my plea for deeper hierarchical structures were ignored for all these years). After beeing denied any grandfathering, I felt not valued at all and decided to leave premium for the free service (unwilling to let go completely). Now, I received an invitation to renew the premium subscription at 60% (well, at least for one year). I don't understand that marketing at all - if they had offered something similar right from the start, I wouldn't have switched. Guys, I just dont trust you anymore - once burned... Still keeping the free account, but rarely using it. Switched to ON, mostly - has some quirks, but works for me (and has deeper hierarchy!!!). Link to comment
