Hi! I'm a loyal customer and I want to share feedback (such a treasure for a product owner).
I wasn't able to easily find clip icon to attach a picture, I think it might be useful to make it larger or at least use colour to help users identify it. It doesn't matter much, since Evernote awesome by itself.
Also I believe that your support system is far from being optimal, since I spent 6 minutes to get to the forum. It would be much more optimal, if I could have addressed the issue in the work chat, which is available in the app itself.
