(Archived) Very slow performance

I just downloaded the latest beta 3.0.0.539 and performance is extremely slow (nearly unusable) on my two Windows boxes, which are otherwise fast machines - even just scrolling up and down lags, and any keystrokes I entered into a note are delayed noticibly. Is this a known issue?

Running on Windows XP SP2, with IE6.

Web version works fine in IE and Firefox on same machines.

I too have seen some serious latency issues at times in the Windows client. Though not as serious as to make it unusable by any stretch. Haven't really noticed what seems to be making it happen.

I've noticed a stutter/lag in the newest version of the windows client. For instance, when I start typing in a new note, the first letter shows up, then a longish pause, then the rest of the sentence shows up. Same lag when deleting notes. Enough of a lag to make using it uncomfortable to me. The last version of the beta didn't seem to have such a lag.

It is definitely more than just a stutter. I just installed the Mac beta client, and it is much, much faster than on my work XP machine.
