JUNKdeLUXE 0 Posted April 14, 2017 Posted April 14, 2017 For some obscure reason I can't empty my trash on my old account (that I recently started using again)... I think it has something to do with an item at the bottom called "Loading..." and I think that item is stopping all notes from being emptied from my trash. What can I do?

Have you let the page load for long enough to be sure that there are no other notes to be added? Can you select individual lines and delete them (again)? If you have access to the installed desktop version it might help to make sure the trash notebook there is cleared too...
JUNKdeLUXE 0 Posted April 17, 2017 Author Posted April 17, 2017 In my desktop app the trashcan is empty. I can select individual lines and delete them, but I can't get rid (or select) the "Loading..." one. And yes, I've had it load for a weekend now

Don't know any techy moves for the web app - if you go into Settings and can see an option to convert to the 'other' format (if you're using the new web layout you can convert back to the old version - and then back again later if you wish) choose the different format and see whether the change of layout fixes the issue.
