jeffoz1 5
I right click a note that has a pdf attachment, then click Save attachments, choose folder and enter but nothing happens. That is the attachment doesn't go to the folder. I'm using win 10. Can someone help? Thanks Link to comment
Level 5* CalS 5,280 Posted April 13, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted April 13, 2017 Known bug being worked on I believe. In the meantime look in the root directory of the chosen folder. I tried to save to a folder on the desktop and the file appeared on the desktop. FWIW. Link to comment
Blue Gator 4 0
I am having the same problem, Evernote version 6.5.4.4720, Windows 10, but the attachment does not save at all, anywhere. Link to comment
jashead 2
My solution until bug fixed is to open the attachment (ie in Adobe PDF) then save from there. That worked after nothing else did. Link to comment
jashead 2
This is going from a small problem to a very large problem, I use the save attachment feature all day every day as I post to Slack and other platforms, my workaround above only works with pdfs. When will this bug be fixed? Link to comment
bull284 1
I'm having the same issue. We rely heavily on Evernote to capture project pictures in the field and then need to have the ability to save them to folders as projects progress. It seems like this should be fairly easy for Evernote to fix. In the mean time, we're looking for other applications to replace Evernote with if it's not fixed in the near future. Link to comment
